Fortune Cookie Club is a ton of concerts, a ton of meetings and a wide variety of relentless punk songs. In 10 years of existence, the group has independently produced six EPs, a compilation of unreleased tracks and two albums, from which two of them have been nominated for the GAMIQ in 2013 and 2016 in the category "Punk album of the year” before receiving in 2020 the nomination in the “Music video of the year” category for their clip Perdu dans les possibles. In addition, their music video for the song Religion Vs. Gin sat at the top of Musique Plus's Top 5 Franco for eleven weeks. The group already has more than 300 concerts in their back pocket, including four tours in Europe and Quebec with several renowned groups such as Theory of a Dead Man, Silverstein, The Flatliners, A Wilhelm Scream, The Menzingers, Everlast, Get The Shot, etc.  

Melodic and hard-hitting, political and poetic, militant but not sectarian, this band from Montreal features all the qualities of the modern punk band advocating the much-prized DIY ethic. After years of work with a dozen labels and associations, the band teams up with the young label Hell For Breakfast to offer their first vinyl! (Les chansons de la gloire, 2019) 

After a turbulent pandemic, Fortune Cookie Club is now preparing, again with the support of the Montreal-based label, an album that will make some heads spin. The album should be released later in 2022. 

Fortune Cookie Club, c'est des tonnes de concerts, des tonnes de rencontres et une pléiade de chansons punk implacables. En 10 ans d’existence, le groupe a produit de façon indépendante six EPs, une compilation de morceaux inédits et deux albums, deux de ces oeuvres ayant été en nomination aux GAMIQ en 2013 et en 2016 dans la catégorie « Album punk de l'année » avant de reçevoir en 2020 la nomination « Vidéoclip de l’année » pour Perdu dans les possibles. De plus, leur vidéoclip pour la chanson Religion Vs. Gin a trôné au sommet du Top 5 francophone de Musique Plus pendant onze semaines. Le groupe comporte déjà plus de 300 concerts à leur actif, dont quatre tournées en Europe et au Québec avec plusieurs groupes renommés comme Theory of a Dead Man, Silverstein, The Flatliners, A Wilhelm Scream, The Menzingers, Everlast, Get The Shot, etc.  

Mélodique et percutant, autant politique que poétique, militant, mais pas sectaire, le groupe québécois rassemble toutes les qualités d’un groupe punk moderne prônant l'éthique tant prisée du DIY. Après avoir travaillé avec une dizaine de labels et d’associations à travers les années, le groupe s’associe cette fois-ci avec la jeune étiquette Hell For Breakfast pour offrir une première galette en version vinyle! Après une pandémie mouvementée, Fortune Cookie Club prépare maintenant, toujours avec le soutien du label montréalais, un album qui fera tourner les têtes et qui devrait sortir plus tard en 2022.
